While working on projects I watch a lot of youtube and it’s only fair to give a quick shout out to one of my favorite channels on Youtube. Toledo is a musician from my hometown of Limon and he has a great cooking show called “Los Gordos Monchies”. I’m sharing this video because it shows how our traditional dish of Rice and Beans is made in Costa Rica’s Caribbean. Every time I watch Los Gordos Monchies it brings back a lot of great childhood memories. Oh how I miss such exquisite dishes! Enjoy
